You hear all the time about always needing nurses.
This may be true, but it's not true everywhere all the time.
I left my job because I was getting put on call for low census
way too often.

Yup. That's my floor that closed.

Piedmont still owes me a month of PTO salary.
Right now I'm just thankful to be working...
Hopefully Friday I'll see some compensation.
(until then, my budget remains painfully tight.)
