Notable Notary

So I was having some forms notarized today for the new job. Since it's a travel assignment, I'm doing everything long-distance. Most everything is faxed back & forth.. some originals are sent though. I go and have my I-9 with my DL & Soc Sec card notarized. Then she faxes the docs to my company. I go to pay for the service, and whip out my credit card... she says, "Ok, you're paying by credit card? Can I see some ID?" Um... anyone else see the irony in that shit?? Just wondering.
