Father's Day + Dad's Birthday today. It's worked out that way a few times before. I try to make it extra special. He's 67 years old today... LOVE that man! I had a custom cake made for him by one of my coworkers starting up a cake business.. It turned out SOOO cute! Custom for my geek-tastic padre: computer monitors. Check it out! :)
- Me: "It's been, what, about 3 times before [that his birthday landed on Father's Day]?"
- Mom: "Well, if you're 28, then yeah, about 3 have passed."
- Me: "But I'm not 28"
- Mom: "But if you're past 28, then it's 3."
- Me: "I don't understand you."
- Mom: (looking jaded) "I don't understand me, either!"
God love 'em!!!!!
